1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Single Day mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lookastic OU ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Single Day is a personal journaling application that allows you to record your thoughts, memories, and experiences through text, photos, videos, voice messages, and location data. The App is designed to help you reflect on and document your daily life.

3. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the App

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• All content you create, upload, or share through the App
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensuring your use of the App complies with all applicable laws
• Backing up your journal entries and content
• Any activity that occurs under your account

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lookastic OU and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content you create in the App, including your journal entries, photos, videos, and voice messages.

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and journal content. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOKASTIC OU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
